Blog
As a registered clinical psychologist, I work within an evidence-based framework. This means that the therapy I deliver is grounded in psychological research. Alongside my professional practice, I also have a personal interest in exploring complementary and holistic health approaches. Whilst these approaches are not part of the psychological services I provide, I believe that cultivating an open understanding of diverse wellness practises can contribute to a more nuanced and integrated view of health. Come with me as I continue to explore and deepen my understanding of holistic health therapies through a blend of practice, reflection, and evidence-informed inquiry. My hope is that by sharing my own journey you'll find something that resonates, supports, or inspires your own path to mental wellness.
